What do I receive?
Every company registered with us receives an official certificate, IRD & GST numbers (if required), NZBN number, tailored document package, and access to your own online dashboard where you can record changes to the company and have your company records automatically updated.

How long does the process take?
Our online application only takes 5-10 minutes to complete, and once it is received we can usually have the company formed in under an hour (this is dependent on a few factors, some outside of our control, but the majority of applications are processed very quickly). If there any issues with your application, we'll be in touch promptly.
How much does it cost?
Our fee is $279 and is all inclusive of government fees, GST, document preparation and access to online dashboard.
